1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MYTHIC WAVE DATA ("the Platform", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MYTHIC WAVE DATA.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Be a resident of Nigeria
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

3. Our Services

MYTHIC WAVE DATA provides virtual top-up services including but not limited to:

  • Airtime Top-up: Recharge mobile airtime for MTN, Glo, Airtel, and 9mobile
  • Data Bundles: Purchase data plans for all networks
  • Cable TV Subscription: Pay for DSTV, GOTV, and StarTimes
  • Electricity Bills: Pay prepaid and postpaid electricity bills
  • Bulk SMS: Send marketing and alert messages
  • Recharge Card Printing: Print recharge cards for resale
All transactions are processed instantly upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Wallet & Payments

4.1 Wallet Balance

Your wallet balance represents funds available for transactions. Wallet funds are non-transferable and non-refundable except as provided in these Terms.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Card payments (Paystack)
  • Bank transfers (Monnify)
  • Manual bank transfers
  • USSD codes

4.3 Transaction Limits

Transaction limits apply based on account verification level. Standard limits are:

  • Minimum transaction: ₦50
  • Maximum per transaction: ₦50,000
  • Daily limit: ₦200,000

5. Transaction Processing

All transactions are processed immediately upon confirmation. However:

  • Network delays may affect delivery time
  • Failed transactions will be reversed within 24 hours
  • Manual bank transfers require verification (10-30 minutes)
  • Refunds for successful transactions are not available

6. Refund & Reversal Policy

6.1 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to technical issues, the amount will be automatically reversed to your wallet within 24 hours.

6.2 User Error

We do not refund transactions made in error (e.g., wrong phone number, incorrect amount). Please verify all details before confirming.

6.3 Provider Failure

If our provider fails to deliver the service, we will reverse the transaction or deliver the service once the issue is resolved.

For refund requests, contact our support team within 24 hours with your transaction reference.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We recommend:

  • Using a strong, unique password
  • Enabling transaction PIN for all transactions
  • Not sharing your login credentials with anyone
  • Logging out after each session, especially on shared devices
  • Monitoring your transaction history regularly
We will never ask for your password or PIN via email or phone. Report any suspicious activity immediately.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass our security measures
  • Use automated scripts or bots
  • Provide false information during registration
  • Use the platform for money laundering or fraudulent activities
  • Reverse engineer or copy our platform
  • Harass or abuse our support team

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Inactivity for 12 months
  • Providing false information

Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYTHIC WAVE DATA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nigeria.
