Paystack and Monnify payments are instant. Manual bank transfers are verified within 10-30 minutes during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm).
You can reset your transaction PIN from your profile settings:
1. Go to Profile → Security Settings
2. Click on "Change Transaction PIN"
3. Follow the verification process
4. Set your new 4-digit PIN
You'll need access to your registered email for verification.
Transactions may fail due to:
• Insufficient wallet balance
• Network issues from provider
• Invalid recipient details
• Daily limit exceeded
• System maintenance
Check your wallet balance and try again. If the problem persists, contact support with your transaction reference.

Account verification is done via email:
1. Check your inbox for verification code
2. Enter the 6-digit code on the verification page
3. Your account will be verified instantly
If you didn't receive the code, click "Resend Code" on the verification page.
Transaction limits:
• Minimum airtime: ₦50
• Minimum data: ₦100
• Maximum per transaction: ₦50,000
• Daily limit: ₦200,000
For larger amounts, please contact support.
Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis for failed transactions. To request a refund:
1. Keep your transaction reference
2. Contact support with the reference
3. Provide details of the issue
4. Our team will investigate and process within 24 hours
Successful transactions are non-refundable.
